Site work for a water / sewer project in Avalon, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work as shown on the Drawings and as described in the Specifications. The work consists of the demolition of existing site features and construction of a living shoreline inclusive of marine mattress, soil, plantings, oyster castles, coir logs,and site restoration. The work is generally located waterward of the newly constructed Bay Park Marina bulkhead and flood wall, starting just south of the new boat ramp and extending south to just north of the 57th Street beach. All work shall be conducted in accordance with the State and Federal permits and as described in the contract specifications or as shown on the drawings. The work shall be completed within 210 calendar days of the Contractor's receipt of written Notice to Proceed.
