Project Description: This project consists with the removal and replacement of approximately 312 l.f. of Storm Sewer Main Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following work: 1. General Contract (all trades.) In following Paragraph identify Bidders to whom this letter is addressed. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. The successful Bidder is allowed 30 calendar days to complete the Project from the date of Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages will be assessed at $100.00 for each consecutive calendar day for which the work is not substantially complete and $100.00 for each consecutive calendar day for which all of the work listed on the punch list is not complete. Anticipated Notice to Proceed will be on August 26, 2025 . Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the work. B. Bidder must provide references on past work experience with similar projects. A Performance and Payment Bond is required on this project.
