The Complexity Factor for this project is 0. The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on October 23, 2025, at 09:00 AM at the Region One/District One Office in Schaumburg. Phase III engineering services are required to provide construction engineering for subject improvement. Work includes, but is not limited to, bridge superstructure replacement, construction of new integral abutments on MSE walls, approach slab reconstruction, pavement reconstruction, drainage improvements, traffic signal modernization, roadway and underpass lighting, and sidewalk, curb, and gutter improvements. The Sacramento Boulevard Bridge will be closed during construction, and all traffic, including pedestrian traffic, will be detoured, all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project.
