Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bay Head, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work of this contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Concrete sidewalk construction with aprons (various widths), concrete curb Construction, storm sewer pipe installation with storm sewer inlets, pavement Striping removal, new pavement striping, unclassified excavation, permanent Pavement restoration, site restoration and all related work. Each bid must be accompanied by a proposal guarantee in the form of a bid bond or certified Check for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the full amount of each contract bid, not to exceed $20,000. Surety shall be made payable to: borough of bay head and shall be without Condition or qualification. Each proposal must be submitted utilizing the forms contained within the contract documents. It must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder, his Address and name of project(s) for which the bid is submitted. Materials to be contained within the sealed envelope are specified under "Instructions to bidders." bid proposals shall be Complete, in ink, and any bids incomplete or not submitted in a sealed, specially addressed Envelope may be considered informal. Deviation from this submittal procedure will subject the proposal to rejection. The borough reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids, if it is in the public interest to do so.
