RD336 for tracer wire details (When required) The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract for Emergency Culvert Repair, located along OR 138W at MP 16.47A & 15.65A in Douglas County, Oregon. As set forth in the Contract Documents, the Work includes: 1) Furnish, install, and maintain temporary work zone traffic control. 2) Furnish, install, and maintain erosion and sediment control measures. 3) Furnish, install, and maintain temporary water management facilities. 4) Remove existing culvert pipes. 5) Furnish and install culvert pipes. 6) Construct inlets. 7) Construct concrete curbs. 8) Fill abandoned culvert pipes. 9) Construct stone embankment material (SEM) rock buttress and loose riprap. 10) Construct aggregate base and shoulders. 11) Furnish and install asphalt concrete pavement (ACP). 12) Furnish and install drainage facility identification markers. 13) Furnish and install permanent traffic control guidance systems 14) Complete application of topsoil and permanent seeding. Perform additional and incidental work as noted in the Contract plans and specifications and as directed. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents.
