Remodeling and renovation of a transportation facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 32,000-square-foot transportation facility; and for the remodel of a transportation facility.

This project includes renovation of approximately 32,000 sq. Ft. Of the ground floor ticketing area including vestibules, curtain wall, terrazzo and carpet flooring, ceilings, and related modifications to mechanical, sprinkler, electrical, and technology systems. An alternate is included for bid which removes the curvilinear ceiling near the ticket counters and replaces it with a bulkhead which will house 42-55" monitors and fire suppression system. The Alternate work is to be performed at night only. Project completion: if the base bid and/or alternate is awarded, the contractor shall Have a total of 280 consecutive calendar days to substantially complete the project, excluding punch list. Excluding punch list. Bidders shall submit the completed subcontractor-supplier information entry with the bid. Failure to submit this information with bid may result in rejection of the Bid as non-responsive. A 10 percent bid bond or certified check is required with bid. Bidder will be recommended for contract award. Owner reserves right to reject bid, to waive informalities in bid or to accept bid which will be in best interest of owner. Disadvantaged business enterprise (dbe) participation goal for this project is 6 percent. To be considered for this project all required tbe-14 / dbe-14 forms shall be completed and signed by prime and submitted as indicated in invitation to bid.
