Project entails furnishing and installing decorative aluminum fence panels along an existing concrete alley in the City of Hagerstown. It is anticipated that this contract will be awarded on August 26th, 2025, and a that Notice to Proceed will be issued in early September 2025. After "Notice to Proceed" is given, work is to be completed within thirty (30) working days. The City of Hagerstown reserves the right to reject or accept any or all proposals submitted, either in whole or in part for any reason within its absolute discretion.
