The City of Hagerstowns Water Department is seeking pricing for the removal of the current gate system and installation of a slide gate located at 151 Park Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21740. SCOPE OF WORK: o Furnish all material and labor to install 20' wide x 6' high Black Aluminum Slide Gate on the inside of stone wall. o Using existing 4" gate posts and one (1) new 4" SS-40 Black Counterbalance Post. o Extend the existing fence with new, out approx. 21' for gate to slide to the right (if standing outside of stone wall). o Connect new fence extension back to existing 2 1/2 " fence post/line. o Approximately 60' of new 6' high 8 gauge All Black vinyl chain link fence. o 1 5/8" SS-20 Black Top Rail. o 2 1/2 " SS-20 Black Line Posts. o 3" SS-40 Black Terminal Posts. o All posts to be set in concrete approx. 10' apart. o Can reuse approx. 30' of existing black vinyl chain link fence. o 8 wheel trucks and bottom guides to be used. o Existing gates, fencing, etc. need to be removed, and disposed of by contractor. o Site visits can be made at any time.
