The County of Burke is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors for the partial replacement of the roofing on the Burke County Courthouse, 201 S. Green Street, Morganton, NC 28655. The County of Burke reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids not deemed to be in the best interest of the County, to cancel the RFP in part or in its entirety, or to waive irregularities. The County's goal is to complete the project by October 31, 2025, this will coincide with the current Courthouse Renovations that are taking place. This will avoid causing additional disruptions to the court schedule. Question Deadline 08/08/2025 at 5:00 PM ET
