Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
2025 Civic Center Old Timer/Gym Roof Repair The Contractor shall remove all existing roofing materials from the two lower roofs of the Civic Center to allow for inspection of the underlying decking. Any damaged or unsuitable decking shall be replaced as required. Upon completion of any necessary decking repairs, the Contractor shall install a new roofing system--including membrane, insulation, and all associated components--in accordance with the attached plans, specifications, and all terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. A certified check or bid bond in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of any bid must be filed with said bid to be forfeited to the City of Rock Springs as liquidated damages if the bidder is awarded the contract and fails to enter into a contract with the City of Rock Springs within ten (10) days after notification of award. The City Council shall have the power to reject any and all bids or waive any informality in the same. No bidder will be allowed to withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days or until the successful bidder has entered into a contract with the City of Rock Springs, Wyoming, Max Mickelson, Mayor.
