Renovation of a medical facility in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 350-square-foot medical facility.
**As of December 3rd, 2025, the project was awarded to Groathouse Construction Inc, but the awarded amount is not available.** The work consists of the renovation of approximately 350 square feet and associated areas, including demolition of existing and construction of new interior partitions, tub/shower upgrades, door relocation, and approximately 3,000 square feet flooring replacement. The scope also includes but is not limited to ceiling, walls, finishes, and modifications to lighting, power, plumbing, mechanical, fire alarm, and fire suppression. Procurement shall occur prior to construction and the schedule is dependent upon owner occupancy. This project is to be awarded under a single contract. Submit written proposals to Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County, c/o Gerry Johnston, 1200 College Drive, Rock Springs, WY 82901. Sealed proposals must be marked with the project name and the company's name on the outside of the envelope. A pre-bid conference will be held at the project site at the specified date and time. Attendance at the conference is mandatory for General Contractors who wish for their bid to be considered. Sub-contractors are welcome but not required to attend. Question Deadline 10/30/2025 Submit all questions about the Contract Documents to the Architects, in writing. Questions received less than seven (7) days before the bid opening cannot be answered.
