Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Working plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
**As of February 6, 2026, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will be rebid but no definite date yet.** The project consists of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the complete construction and commissioning of the Century West Spray Park located at Century West Park, Rock Springs, Wyoming. Sealed bids will be received and must include a certified check or bid bond in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of any bid to be forfeited as liquidated damages if the bidder is awarded the contract and fails to enter into a contract within ten (10) days after notification of award. All bids must be marked on the exterior with bid and contractor information. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any informality. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of thirty (30) days or until the successful bidder has entered into a contract. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and most responsible bidder, with resident bidder preference as applicable. Location: Rock Springs, WY 82901
