Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
The work consists of the construction of approximately 3,550 lineal feet of new 8 foot concrete high back curbwalk poured monolithically along Foothill Blvd. The project includes all associated appurtenances with the construction, removal of existing, and placement of new curbwalk. This includes, but is not limited to, ADA ramps, sign relocation, cross walks and markings, grading, and related tasks. All work will be within the limits and rights-of-way of the City of Rock Springs, WY. A certified check or bid bond of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must be submitted with the bid and will be forfeited if the contractor fails to enter into a contract after notification of award. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any irregularities, and no bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days or until the successful bidder enters into a contract.
