The Project work is generally described as: a. Vegetation removal from an existing effluent storage pond using long reach excavator and dump truck assembly. Work will be directed by the District for a period of 15 days. Special site visits may be scheduled 24 hours in advance a minimum of five (5) working days before bid opening. Question Deadline 08/12/2025 Questions regarding the bid package should be directed in writing as soon as possible (but no later than five (5) working days prior to the opening of bids to: Jason Warner, PE at jwarner@pacific-optimization.com or 510-435-8270 and cc: Michael P. Cortez, PE at mcortez@lgvsd.org Pursuant to UPCCAA procedures, interested bidders must be prequalified by the District prior to submitting an informal bid for projects under $220,000 such as this Project. All bids will remain valid for sixty (60) calendar days after the bid opening. Except as permitted by law and subject to all applicable remedies, including forfeiture of bidder's security, bidders may not withdraw their bid during the sixty (60) day period after the bid opening.
