Marin County Stormwater Division is seeking engineering and design services of a qualified firm to develop designs and construction documents for green stormwater infrastructure. The project should take previously developed designs and bring them to 100% PS&E construction documents at each location. Additionally, the consultant shall conduct an opportunity analysis of future green stormwater infrastructure opportunities on County owned and maintained facilities that have not previously been considered. The Marin County Stormwater Division's goals are to: Prevent stormwater pollution Protect and enhance water quality in creeks and wetlands Preserve beneficial uses of local waterways comply with State and Federal regulations There will not be a pre-proposal conference scheduled by the County. Deadline to submit Questions Wednesday, June 18, 2025 No Later than 4:00 PM PST. Tentative Board Award Date Tuesday, August 19, 2025 (Tentative). Tentative Contract Start Date August 19, 2025 (Tentative). Anticipated project completion date will be no more than 18 months from the contract start date. The County of Marin reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to elect not to enter into any contract for the services described in the scope of work. The County reserves the right to make multiple awards of this proposal. The County of Marin also reserves the right to request clarification of information from the proposer.
