The City of San Rafael is seeking a consultant to perform an existing conditions assessment for the Albert Park Stadium and Ballfield, located a 618 B Street. Albert Park Stadium is a historic 1950's era baseball stadium and grandstand that serves as a community sports venue. The facility shows signs of age and deterioration. Deadline 05/21/2025 05:00 PM EDT Deliverables Include o Site inspection notes and photo documentation o Code and accessibility compliance analysis o Floodplain risk and regulatory summary o Summary of deficiencies and recommended improvements o Three-tiered repair/renovation options with order-of-magnitude project planning cost estimates (AACE Class 4 or 5) o Final Facility Assessment Report (PDF and editable formats) o Presentation of findings to City staff and/or stakeholders Project Timeline: The City's plan is to complete this work in July 2025, with a draft report ready by August 1 and the final reports delivered on August 8, 2025.
