Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in San Rafael, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,805-square-foot, two-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
Project Description: Under this project, the Contractor will perform renovations to the Marin County Parks Department's Lucas Valley Field Office. Scope of work will include reconfiguration of the interior space to create a new kitchen, meeting room, restrooms, locker room, and miscellaneous support spaces; upgrades to the building mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, communications and fire alarm systems; minor structural work; new interior finishes, new millwork, appliances and other appurtenances; select repairs to the building exterior including siding, gutters and downspouts, fencing and paved pathways; and construction of a new ADA parking space. Pre-bid Questions: Questions concerning the Bid should be submitted via Bid Express no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 27, 2025. Inquiries or questions based on alleged patent ambiguity of the plans, specifications or estimate must be communicated as a bidder inquiry prior to bid opening.
