Central Marin Sanitation Agency (CMSA) is seeking competitive sealed bids for the supply and delivery approximately 120,000 gallons annually of calcium nitrate solution for wastewater odors control at near the CMSA facility in San Rafael, California. CMSA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and immaterial irregularities or technical defects in the bids received. The term of the Contract will be twelve (12) months commencing on July 1, 2025 and expiring on June 30, 2026, with an option to extend the Contract on a year-to-year basis, not to exceed three (3) yearly renewals if conditions and service are satisfactory to both CMSA and the successful bidder. The price for any succeeding periods of service shall be determined by negotiation between CMSA and the successful bidder.
