Purchase Type One Time Only- Delivery Date:09/08/2025 Preparing a landscape design plan for the entire site, purchasing and installing landscape materials for the area as shown on the site plan and incudes all other incidentals necessary to complete the work of this contract. The work generally includes, but is not limited to the following: designing, furnishing, and installing landscape design materials in the specified areas as shown on the site plan. The City reserves the right to cancel this ITB, award on the basis of cost alone, accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part. The City further reserves the right to waive as informality any irregularities contained in any bid not affecting substantial rights that may be in the City's best interest. Bids found to be technically or substantially nonresponsive at any point in the review process will be rejected and not considered further. Any such decision will be considered final. The work will include, but not be limited to, designing, furnishing, and installing landscape design materials in the specified areas as shown on the site plan. The City of Woonsocket will prepare the areas for planting including placement of loam. The Contractor will provide at his own expense all necessary Bonds, Social Security, Unemployment and Cash Sickness Benefits, Taxes, Workman's Compensation, Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance, and other necessary items. He will obtain all licenses and permits as required by law or ordinance. He will give all notices and comply with all local, state and federal rules, regulations, laws and/or ordinances for the conduct of work as shown in the plans and specifications.
