This project may be partially or entirely funded by the Kentucky InfrastructureAgencyStateRevolving Fund Loan. All listed iron and steel products used in this project must beproducedin the United States. The term "iron and steel products" means the followingproductsmadeprimarily of iron and steel: lines or unlined pipes and fittings, manhole covers andothermunicipalcastings, hydrants, tanks, flanges, pipe clamps and restraints, valves, structural steel, reinforcedprecast concrete, and construction materials. The deminimis and minor componentswaiver{allproject specific waivers as applicable} apply to this contract. City of Lebanon, reserves the right to waive any bidding informalities and to reject anyorall bids, for any reason.
