The contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to perform grounds maintenance and landscaping services under a performance-based, firm-fixed-price/IDIQ contract. Services include maintenance of improved and semi-improved grounds, lawn care, vegetation control, irrigation system operation, debris removal, shrub and hedge maintenance, plant and plant bed maintenance, tree maintenance, artificial turf maintenance, maintenance of xeriscape areas, storm drainage systems, parking lot vegetation maintenance (hardscape), road sweeping, and upkeep of unimproved grounds. Work must comply with the requirements outlined in Annex 1503050 C and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Location: Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek - Fort Story, Virginia Beach, VA Naval Weapons Station Yorktown, Yorktown, VA Cheatham Annex, Williamsburg, VA and other designated Areas of Responsibility (AOR). The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
