Melrose Multiuse Path (Cdbg) Project No. 31952300 Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond in the Form of a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Letter of Credit Payable to the City of Findlay, Ohio, in an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid or a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in an Amount Equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Bid. A Performance Bond in the Amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) on the Contract Price Will Be Required as Part of the Contract. Prospective Bidders May Address Inquiries to Jeremy Kalb Through the Website. All Inquiries Must Be Submitted No Later Than 2:00pm on July 2, 2026. This is a Federally Funded Program, and Therefore Special Attention Must Be Given to All the Requirements, Particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis Bacon Wages, Build America, Buy America (Baba) Requirements, Various Insurance Requirements, and Various Equal Opportunity Provisions. The City Reserves the Right Reject Any and All Bids; and Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any and All Optional Bids Offered; and Reserves the Right to Waive Any Minor Informalities or Irregularities in the Bids Received.
