This project requires the contractor to provide labor, equipment, and materials to install a new 2-inch High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) water line at Fall River, Kansas. The water line will span approximately 1,715 feet of underground burial and will be encased in a 4-inch steel sleeve to protect it from debris and facilitate future replacement by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of construction is between \$100,000 and \$250,000. The applicable NAICS code is 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction, with a size standard of \$45 million. The period of performance is 60 days.
