Richfield City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: CPF Culinary Water Improvements 2025. The Project includes the following Work: installing approximately 7,700 feet of water pipe, directional drilling under 1-70, 2 canal crossings, and replacing approximately 7 residential water meters. Bids will be received for single contract. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $1,130,000. The Project has an expected duration of 90 days. The Owner may reject any or all bids submitted. QA - 08/15/2025: Meter & radio will be Owner provided & installed. The radio will also be programmed by the Owner. The Owner will obtain an encroachment permit from the County. The Contractor will coordinate with the Owner
