The "Work includes but is not limited to: replacement of the following: (Bus Depot) Remove and replace. existing built-up roofing system, roof drains, including but not limited to vapor barrier, insulation, membrane, flashings, copings, expansion joints and structural improvements. Elevate roof curbs and parapets where indicated. Snake and scope all roof drain downspouts. Install perimeter roof rails and replace roof ladder. Demo existing electrical room and install new chain-link enclosure, electrical, HVAC equipment, fire alarm system and environmental abatement. (Transportation Center) Remove and replace existing built-up roofing system, including but not limited to vapor barrier, insulation, membrane, flashings, copings, expansion joints and structural improvements. Elevate roof curbs and parapets where indicated. Install new air-cooled chillers, furnish and install equipment dunnage/curb and platforms, electrical upgrades and environmental abatement. Snake and scope all roof drain downspouts.
