SOW Remove all batteries. Prepare EOL batteries for return shipping. Include all associated costs for proper disposal of EOL batteries. Include all associated costs for return shipping of EOL batteries. A side power is made up of QTY 4 - Eaton 9395, 275 kVA units Replace batteries in units EN142BBA05 and EN142BBA06 Package all wiring hardware and Idle units EK405BAA06 and EK406BAA01 Provide additional cost to perform fans and caps preventative maintenance at time of battery service on both remaining in service units. Provide additional cost to perform official Eaton firmware updates to most current stable release on both remaining in service units. B side power is made up of QTY 2 - Eaton 9395, 550 kVA units Replace batteries in unit EN191BBA05 Package all wiring hardware and Idle unit EN191BBA08 Provide additional cost to perform fans and caps preventative maintenance at time of battery service on remaining in service unit. Provide additional cost to perform official Eaton firmware updates to most current stable release on remaining in service unit. All proposals must represent turnkey pricing including an "all-in" complete cost for the project including materials unpacking, offloading and repackaging of EOL batteries. Disposal of removed batteries and 100% of freight both ways must be included.
