The proposal is for a total of 150,000 feet of 1/0 Primary URD Cable to be delivered every three months in increments of 30,000 feet. The proposal must include that an additional 30,000 feet of cable be kept in the vendor's lot in case of an emergency before the next shipment is due. Approved wire manufacturers include: Okonite, CME, and Prysmian. LCUB retains the right to reject any or all proposals. Event Bid notes: Such proposals must be hand-delivered in person, sent by overnight carrier, or mailed (at the proposer's sole risk for late or improper delivery) using the following applicable address: If delivered by hand or overnight delivery the proposal must be sent to: Lenoir City Utilities Board, Attn: Eric Fritts, 7698 Creekwood Park Blvd., Lenoir City, TN 37772 (or if by regular mail to: Lenoir City Utilities Board, Attn: Eric Fritts, Post Office Box 449, Lenoir City, TN 37771). Please note: "1/0 Primary URD Cable" on the outside of your proposal.
