The Lenoir City Utilities Board (LCUB) is seeking Requests for Proposals (RFP) for a HVAC Maintenance Contract for all LCUB facilities. This would include but may not be limited to: Main Campus at 7698 Creekwood Park Blvd., Lenoir City Cedar Bluff Branch Office at 501 N Cedar Bluff Rd., Knoxville Campbell Station Branch Office at 136 N Campbell Station St. Water Treatment Plant A at 900 Nelson St, Lenoir City Wastewater Treatment Plant at 900 Nelson St., Lenoir City Substation Control Houses located throughout the LCUB service system Fiber Huts located throughout the LCUB service system. All interested parties are directed, prior to bidding, to conduct whatever investigations and data collections they may deem necessary to arrive at their own conclusions regarding the RFP. LCUB is not liable for incurred costs or expenses in the development of proposals. For information, please contact Deven Duda at (865)755-0577. Proposals MUST be completed on the Bid Sheet provided by LCUB at your request. All proposals should contain supporting information regarding the qualifications of the proposing company. Insurance information should also be provided. Term will be three (3) years with two (2) optional one-year extensions to be agreed upon by both parties ninety (90) days prior to the term's end. LCUB will evaluate each proposal based on Labor rates, repsonse times to facilities, and applicable prior experience with repair of LCUB's facilities. All proposals will be available for public inspection in compliance with applicable State of Tennessee statues. LCUB reserves the right to obtain and utilize consultation services or advisement from any employee, agency, firm, corporation, company, or individual in order to evaluate the feasibility and sustainability of any RFP. Event Bid Description: Proposals received via E-Mail will not be accepted. LCUB retains the right to reject any or all proposals. LCUB reserves the right to terminate any agreement due to non-performance.
