Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

**As of September 10, 2025, the project was awarded to Imagecon Inc., with an awarded amount of $978,785.88** The project consists of the renovation of an existing park. The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and services necessary for the construction of park amenities, including but not limited to the following: clearing, grubbing, demolition, removal of existing equipment, grading, storm drainage, irrigation and potable water modifications, planting, and electrical work. The scope also includes installation of: concrete flatwork, curbs, decomposed granite, site furnishings, a shade structure, play equipment, fitness equipment, lighting, and other appurtenances, as required for a complete project. Each bid must be submitted on the proposal bid forms provided in the contract documents. Each bid must also be accompanied by security in the form of a bid bond issued by a corporate surety, a certified check, or cashier's check payable to the Cosumnes Community Services District, or cash for an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate sum of the bid. The successful bidder shall be required to execute a Material and Labor Payment Bond and Performance Bond, issued by a corporate surety, acceptable to the Cosumnes Community Services District, each for not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Board of Directors of the Cosumnes Community Services District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in any bid, and to determine which bid, in the judgment of the Board, is the lowest responsive bid of a responsible bidder.
