Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Elk Grove, California. Completed plans call for site work for a 2,630-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The site improvements include adding approximately 2,630 SF of new asphalt concrete paving, and approximately 75 SF of Portland cement concrete pavement. SacSewers EchoWater Facility provides a Septage Disposal Facility for liquid water haul trucks. A new disposal facility was recently constructed, but the larger tanker trucks need better access to the facility by modifying the approach and exit routes with a larger turning radius. The site improvements include adding approximately 2,630 SF of new asphalt concrete paving, and approximately 75 SF of Portland cement concrete pavement. Additional items of work include material excavation, material hauling. supply and placement of Aggregate Base material, rebar, site grading, and all other incidentals required to compete the site improvements. Bid bond/deposit not less than ten (10) percent of the aggregate total bid is required to be submitted with the sealed bid. Successful Bidder must furnish a 100 percent Performance Bond and Payment Bond per Appendix E and Appendix D respectively.
