The Cosumnes Community Services District invites and will receive sealed bids for the Laguna Town Hall Hardwood Flooring Replacement project. The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing to District of all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary for replacement of wooden flooring in the Laguna Town Hall auditorium. Note: This project is a public auditorium with 3,730 square feet of flooring that must be completed between January 19, 2026 and February 5, 2026. Staging material and equipment is possible prior to January 19, 2026. Removal of existing auditorium hardwood flooring (3,730 sq ft) Removal of two 2) sets of wooden stair treads (seven each) Installation of Conner "PermaFlex DIN" floating system to accommodate 3" slab depression Installation of 23/32" x 2 1/4 " 2 nd & better grade Maple flooring of one 1) layer of 15/32" plywood, PermaFlex sleepers, over 6-mil vapor barrier Finish with 4-coat finish system. No lines or graphics Installation of 3"x4" rubber vent cove base Provide new treads and risers to match.
