Question Deadline 11/03/2025 A mandatory pre-bid conference and walk-through will be held for the purpose of reviewing and answering questions regarding this project. Attendees must e-mail LockerRoomExpansionProject@sacsewer.com with attendee names no later than two (2) business days prior to the mandatory pre-bid conference. CONTRACTOR LICENSE REQUIRED: GENERAL ENGINEERING CONTRACTOR, CLASS A or B Expansion and remodel of the Men's Locker Room in the I&E building [includes, but is not limited to: new lockers, floors, bathrooms, showers, uniform storage, and HVAC improvements.] Each bid must be submitted on the bid forms provided in the Contract Documents. Each bid must also be accompanied by security of not less than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate sum of the bid and no bid will be considered without it. The successful bidder shall be required to execute a Material and Labor Payment Bond and Performance Bond, issued by a corporate surety, acceptable to the Sacramento Area Sewer District, each for not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in any bid, and to determine which bid, in the judgment of the Board, is the lowest responsive bid of a responsible bidder.
