The proposed work shall be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications and other contract documents and shall consist of the following: removal and replacement of concrete sidewalks, curbs, gutters, driveways, ADA access ramps, including adjacent hot mix asphalt (HMA) pavement, root removals, installation of detectable warning surface (DWS), and other related items as directed by the Engineer (Work). Liquidated Damages $250.00 per Calendar Day License Requirements Bidder must possess a current valid Class A General Engineering and/or Class C-8 Concrete Contractors License issued by the State of California. Project Duration this Contract shall terminate one (1) year from the effective date of the Contract; provided, however, the City shall have the option, in its sole discretion, to extend the term of the Contract for up to four (4) additional one-year terms.
