Question Deadline 09/18/2025 Requests Shall Be Directed In Writing To The District Contact Designated In The Advertisement For Bids At Least 7 Days Prior To The Bid Opening. Project includes installing a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) liner under the existing 43 acre Dedicated Land Disposal Unit 1 (DLD-1) and constructing ancillary improvements including a harvested sludge pumping, metering and distribution system; an underdrain system to collect, extract and pump infiltrate; replacement of an existing reinforced polypropylene (RPP) geomembrane liner in the stormwater/surface runoff zone; access ramps; and power and control systems. License Required: General Engineering Contractor, Class A. Site walkthrough notes: Attendees must e-mail LDLD1@sacsewer.com with attendee names no later than two (2) business days prior to the mandatory pre-bid conference. This information is required to provide access at the EchoWater Resource Recovery Facility's (EchoWater Facility) security gate. Representatives of the Sacramento Area Sewer District (District) and the Design Consultant will be present for questions. Vendor attendance is required.
