Renovation of a medical facility in Idaho Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 890-square-foot medical facility.
The Project includes the following Work: o Construction of approximately 890-square-foot interior space for the Mountain Youth Network on the first floor of the existing Clear Creek County Health and Wellness Center, located at 1969 Miner Street, Idaho Springs, Colorado 80452. Salient features include, but are not limited to, modifications of existing electrical, HVAC, and fire protection, plumbing, specialty casework, partitions, and custom interior finishes. Question Deadline 08/27/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
