East Aurora Middle School Capital Project Phase 2B-Contract 202 Abatement & Demolition The proposals will be made as specified by the Architect in the Information for Bidders and will include a certified check or a Bid Bond in an amount of not less than 5% of the Base Bid. The Bid Bond will state that the Bidder will enter into the Contract if awarded by the Owner and execute further security for the faithful performance of the Contract as required by the Owner.
