Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in East Aurora, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Project work includes: Replace membrane roof system at entire roof area. Last installed 1998, expired warranty. Add additional Roof drains and leaders that lead to south end of building. Replace the existing steam boilers with new hot water boilers, pumps and all accessories. Replace (2) gymnasium AHU's, unit ventilators, roof exhaust fans (incl. roof curbs), gravity relief hoods (incl. roof curbs). Add ventilation to offices and the filter room in the basement. Replace 15+ year old ductless split system A/C units Replace all steam & condensate piping in the building with hot water piping, replace sections of fin radiation and replace convector elements. Replace ductwork and dampers associated with the gymnasium units Replace antiquated pneumatic control system with a web based DDC system. As of December 4, 2025, this project is in the conceptual phase. The capital project has been approved.
