The project consists of the following public improvements: Lincoln Avenue Alleys and Parking Lot Reconstruction The work shall be performed in accordance with the Drawings and Project Manual and consists of the following major items: Mobilization 1 LS Remove Manhole 8 EA Remove Bituminous Pavement 3019 SY Common Excavation (P) 1185 CY Aggregate Base Class 5 1555 TON Mill Bituminous Pavement (2.0 ) 3646 SY Type SP 12.5 Wearing Course Mix (3,C) 1558 TON 18 RC Pipe Sewer 344 LF Connect to Existing Storm Sewer 14 EA Construct Drainage Structure Des F 8 EA 6 Concrete Driveway Pavement (Reinforced) 154 SY Traffic Control 1 LS 4 Solid Line Paint 6266 LF Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to the City of Fergus Falls, Minnesota in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. This is to serve as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract for the performance of such work if the Contract is awarded to them. Only bids that are accompanied by such bond will be considered. The City of Fergus Falls reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, to hold the bids for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days and to hold the three (3) low bids on each Bid Schedule for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date of the bid opening.
