Completion Date: June 30, 2026 Demolition of pool equipment, piping, valves and fittings as show on drawings. Supply and subsequent removal of all equipment, tools, scaffolding, rigging, hoisting, etc. as required for renovation of the pool and installation of any equipment, appurtenances, or accessories. Supply and installation of pool piping, valves, & process fittings as required for complete operating pool systems as indicated on drawings. Remove and replace main drains and main drain piping from pool to surge tank. Remove and relocate piping throughout surge tank. Grout shut existing penetrations and core drill as required for new pipe penetrations. All old and new penetrations shall be watertight. Supply and installation of all piping, equipment, supports & anchors as necessary. Supply and installation of Link-Seals at all pipe penetrations in surge tank. Supply and install all process equipment and accessories as shown within drawings and specifications, and as necessary to construct a fully operating pool system. Perform Minor General demolition and Construction pertaining to pool systems rehabilitation as shown on the drawings and specifications. Perform Electrical, Mechanical and plumbing pertaining to the pool systems rehabilitation as shown on the drawings and specifications.
