MnDOT requests letters of interest for engineering services for preliminary design and environmental activities for a concrete unbonded overlay project. The project location is in Otter Tail County on westbound I-94 near Fergus Falls from 0.2 miles north of Otter Tail County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 88 to 0.4 miles east of the south junction of United States (US) 59. Engineering services will include project management, wetland delineation, permits, guardrail assessment and design, Design Memo, cost estimates and 30% design plans. The goal of this project is to develop 30% design plans for the unbonded overlay project on I-94 near Fergus Falls. Engineering services will include guardrail assessment and design to ensure standards are being met and the design of crossovers and acceleration/deceleration lanes to ensure safe and efficient travel for the public.
