Toddler Playground Equipment The City of St. Paul was granted the Nebraska Department of Economic Development, Rural Community Recovery Program (RCRP) grant to fund this project. All products must be received and installed no later than February 1, 2026. An early installation is preferred and will be prioritized higher by the committee. The bid shall include the following: 1) Picture and price for a minimum of 4 proposed toddler features/activity stations, including shipping (activity panel for fine motor skills, balancing, crawl-thru, swings, etc., no slides), 2) Merry-Go-Round wheelchair accessible with surface approach and integrated speed control, 3) Installation with pour-in-place rubber surfacing in one activity space of all features, 4) Timeline for installation, 5) Confirmation of Nebraska Department of Labor and Secretary of State business registration to conduct business in the State. The City has contracted with the South Central Economic Development District, Inc. (SCEDD) to provide general grant administrative services and compliance for this project. The company selected will work closely with the City and SCEDD to ensure all grant compliance terms are followed. The City reserves the right to reject all proposals.
