The City of St. Paul was granted the Nebraska Department of Economic Development, Rural Community Recovery Program (RCRP) grant to partially fund this project. All work related to this project must be completed no later than June 12, 2026. The bid shall include the cost breakdown for these sections: 1) installation of specified sidewalks for park area; and 2) installation of specified sidewalks for tennis/pickleball court area. Location of Project: The City Park west of the City Swimming Pool Park at 418 Indian Street is the first location, [A]. The second location is adjacent to the tennis/pickleball courts at 524 Taylor Street, [B], [C],[D]. Description of the Project: The project includes approximately 265 linear feet of sidewalks at the City park, 5' (feet) wide, and at 4" (inches) thick estimated, and approximately 173 linear feet of sidewalks at Grover Cleveland Alexander Park, at the tennis/pickleball court area - width of the sidewalks at this location are designated on the drawing, 4" thick. Location of the sidewalks in each area is depicted on drawings in the RFP packet. The City of St. Paul has contracted with the South Central Economic Development District, Inc. (SCEDD) to provide general grant administrative services and compliance for this project. Only fixed price or not to exceed contracts will be considered. Negotiations of the contract amount and scope of services will be conducted after the selection of the best-qualified company. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
