The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), is soliciting bids from qualified firm(s) to provide Demolition of Improvements, Structures, or other Encumbrances in the Right Of Way and/or Easement Areas. Questions due to GDOT 8/11/2025 2:00 PM Questions about any aspect of this solicitation, or the project, shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to Stacey Allen, email Sallen@dot.ga.gov . The deadline for submission of questions relating to this solicitation is the time and date shown in the (Schedule of Events- Section III above). GDOT reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities at the discretion of GDOT. Required Prequalification Service Classes Prime Contractors are defined as the firm submitting the bid response and the firm with whom GDOT will contract. The Team is defined as the Prime Contractor and their sub-contractor(s), who are considered team members. The Prime Contractor must be prequalified in the Right of Way Property Management service class (es) identified below in Section 5.A. The Prime Contractor or sub-contractor team members must be prequalified in the Right of Way Property Management service classes identified below in Section 5.B.
