Renovation of a fire / police facility in Rockville Centre, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, bank check or bid bond payable to the Incorporated Village of Rockville Centre in the amount of five (5%) percent of the gross amount of the bid. Award of Contract will be made to the lowest responsible bidder in accordance with applicable provisions of the law. The Village reserves the right to reject all bids or make such determination as in the best interests of the Village, as provided by law. All contractors and subcontractors submitting bids or performing construction work on public work projects or private projects covered by are required to register with the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) under and must include a copy of the registration with their bid response.
