The project will be executed in phases due to asbestos abatement, with a focus on minimizing disruption, adhering to safety standards, and complying with applicable NFPA and UFC requirements. All carpet and adhesive materials must be sourced exclusively through approved Tier I Contractors, and installation services must be coordinated accordingly. Offerors must submit a complete proposal in PDF format, along with a separate, fully completed Price Document, by 1300 CT on 25 August 2025. Proposals must include detailed pricing for carpet, adhesive, and installation (including shipping), and demonstrate understanding of the Statement of Work and Evaluation Factors. Offerors must be actively registered in SAM at the time of submission and throughout the contract period.
