The scope of work includes the construction of Memorial Park at the corner of Dorsett Road and Fee Fee Road in the City of Maryland Heights. Not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages shall be paid to all workmen performing under this contract in this area according to the rates determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
