Project Description: This project will consist of materials testing and inspection services for the new Stolt Hall. It is a phased project. Phase 1 (already completed) was the demolition of the existing South Storage Building. Phase 2 is the construction of the new Stolt Hall building. Phase 3 is the abatement and demolition of the existing Stolt Hall building including backfill of the building footprint. Phase 4 is the completion of final site amenities, landscaping and road surfacing. The materials testing and inspection scope includes Phases 2 through 4. Questions: All questions shall be submitted online by 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on August 18, 2025. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective proposers via answers online or in the form of a written addendum posted online by 3:00 p.m. on August 21, 2025. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. on August 18, 2025, will not be addressed.
