The project is located at the west ends of McKenzie Dr SE and Oxbow Trail SE in Mandan, ND. The project is for the Shores at Lakewood 2nd Addition platted area and a portion of Oxbow Trail SE. Sanitary Sewer (Gravity), Sewer Pump Station, Sewer Force Main, Electrical and Controls, Water Utilities, Culverts, Waterways, Stormwater Channels, Aggregate, Electrical Installation/Construction, Fittings and Valves, Traffic Control, Fire Hydrant, Excavation, Stormwater Improvements, Erosion Control - Temporary, Electrical, Materials, Equipment and Supplies, Lift Stations/Lift Station Equipment, Televising Sewers, Crushed Stone/Rip Rap, Sewer and Water Construction, Sitework/Excavating and Grading, Pumps or Pump stations, Waterlines This project has three different bid schedules based on two different sets of plans which will be constructed concurrently. Schedule 1 is for the storm sewer improvement plans, schedule 2 is for the three way agreement water and sanitary sewer improvements, and schedule 3 is for the sanitary lift station electrical items. These plans are within the Shores at Lakewood 2nd Addition platted area and a portion of Oxbow Trail SE. The three schedules consist of watermain, water service lines, sanitary sewer pipe, sanitary forcemain, sanitary service lines, sanitary manholes, a sanitary sewer lift station, storm sewer pipe, storm manholes, storm inlets, and related items. Per NDCC 48-01.2-06, bidding thresholds require separate prime bids for electric and general contracts for the lift station. A contractor may submit a bid(s) for the general scope only (schedules 1 & 2), the electrical scop only (schedule 3), or both. Multiple prime contracts may be awarded. All prime bids will be subject to NDCC bidding requirements. Est. Completion Date:May 26, 2026
