The District is seeking bids from qualified and capable contractors to remove existing and install new non-tile flooring for Districtwide needs. Estimated Start Date: September 10, 2025 Completion of Work: Each project shall have a mutually agreed upon completion date. Contract duration will be through September 9, 2028. Each bid must be submitted on the bid form provided in the bid documents and accompanied by a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the bidder and surety company, or certified check, or cashier's check in favor the District, or cash, in an amount equal to $2,000. The contract awardee shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond for the full estimated annual amount on an annual basis. The successful Bidder may substitute securities for any monies withheld by the District to ensure performance under the Contract, in accordance with the provisions of Public Contract Code section 22300. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding.
