The Riverside County Regional Park and Open-space District, herein called District, invites sealed bids for: Jensen Alvarado Three-Rail Fencing Replacement Project. The following license is required for this project: General B - General Building Contractor and/or C13 Fencing Contractors issued by the State of California. General B license may subcontract as well to meet the requirements. Contractor shall obtain, maintain and pay all licenses associated with construction activities, such as business licenses, Contractors' licenses and vehicle and equipment licenses. All costs for licenses shall be included in the Contract Sum. BID GUARANTEE The enclosed certified or cashier's check or bid bond on the provided form, made payable to the District in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, is hereby given as a guarantee that the bidder will execute and deliver the Agreement and required bonds if awarded the contract. TIME FOR COMPLETION - The work shall be commenced on a date to be specified in a written order from the District and shall be completed by September 30th, 2025 following the District's written order.
